Dear Fellow Lacordaire Parent: We are pleased to announce with Lacordaire’s achievement of Middle State’s accreditation as a single school for grades Pre-K through 12, the Academy has installed a combined Parents’ Association structure. The single structure will foster a greater sense of community while facilitating parental cooperation and collaboration in the planning of school functions and fundraising events. The organizational chart and constitution link is provided for the new structure. The primary role of the Executive Board of the Parents' Association is to coordinate the support necessary for the Academy to execute its many community building and fundraising events. As a small school community, the need for parental support with school events in all capacities is great. Whether you serve as an event committee chair or an event volunteer, your time and efforts are greatly needed and appreciated. Your help is needed for this year’s remaining events and activities; and the Executive Board has begun organizing events for the 2011-12 school year. We look forward to working with each of you.
